Core Japan is here to help you your desired placement. All internship will be placed within Japan especially Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Okinawa and most sectors are represented.

We offer summer and year- round paid and unpaid internship programs from 1 to 6 months in length. Our team supports you from the moment you Inquiry until the end of your internship and even thereafter too.

APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Inquiry about the program :

   Make an inquiry for the internship program. Within two to three working day, we will answer your Inquery.

2. Free Viber or Skype or messenger consultation :

   We will make an details inquiry. We will set up a free Skype consultation for you so you can let us know what you are looking for. Our team will provide you with the latest information and opportunities for the.

3. Sign Up the program :

   We need your application form and application fee (￥64,800) to be able to proceed with your internship placement. Once you are officially registered, we will require the following documents:

   • Resume
   • Cover Letter
   • Recommendation letter
   • Professional business photo
   • Copy of your passport
4. Internship Selection :

   We usually need 4 ~6 months in advance to confirm your internship placement. During this time we will have status updates where we talk about Japan and its (working) culture, document revisions, mock interviews and any other service you might need.

5. Confirmation :

   Congratulations! Your internship has been confirmed and we can start with your accommodation placement and applying for your insurance. This is also the time when the remaining program fee is due.

6. Arriving in japan start Internship :

   Welcome to Japan! The weekend before you start your internship, we will have an orientation day with all other interns beginning then. We are here to provide you with full support during your whole internship period. Don’t forget to join our international parties as well
